You can customize the fountain pen by choosing each part displayed in the store.
There are two types of metal: gold and silver. Additionally, the body, cap, nib, cap end, and tail end are available in 10 colors each, with seasonal limited colors sometimes available. I combined gold metal with brown and blue parts.
After selecting the parts, the staff assembles the pen on the spot. You can either browse the store while waiting or watch the assembly process. When I made mine, it took about 10 minutes.
The staff's service was excellent; they even arranged the newly assembled pen for photos, making it perfect for capturing the moment.
