Kiuchi Brewery is a prestigious sake producer with a history dating back to 1823. The fact that this craft beer comes from a nearly 200-year-old sake brewery speaks to its quality. The brewery is known for producing flawless beers with a wide variety of flavors, making it a favorite among fans.
By the way, Hitachino Nest Beer is recognized for its adorable owl logo, but there was also a plan to use a stork as a nod to the 'Kou' (鴻) character in the brewery's location name.
Among the many beers offered by Hitachino Nest, today I’ll introduce the Session IPA. This India Pale Ale is known for being a milder, more approachable version of the traditionally bitter IPA.
